The reference to Dora Siliya is not accurate. A bit more research will show that Dora Siliya used a proverb or fable (only she used humans) to try and explain that Sata had abandoned his marriage (with MMD government) and that Zambians ought not to trust him to deliver if he got back into government. She never spoke about her ex-husband Chisha Folotiya as you suggest and you have twisted the facts to fit your line of story. Even Chisha Folotiya never answered back though the blogosphere, twitter and Facebook and internet email were awash with an imagine respond that Chisha had said Dora wetted her bed. Though accuracy should be cardinal in here.

Your choice of words gives away your bias. Words are not innocent! You say "Dora’s rants...." Rants? Hmmmm.

The book by Ndlovu is very interesting. Although I have had no opportunity to have read the book, I agree with most of the views by Munsha. The issue at hand is whether the declaration was a blessing or a curse. I begin to wander how a sane person would even ask such a question. First, I would say that the delaration was inevitable considering the fact that kk had departed from the faith of his fathers in preference to Maharishm. This departure not only was a declaration by the head of state but it positiojed the nation to be open to mystrisism. When we look at the national anthem one could see that the foundation on our nation had some roots to the true God. So the declaraion came to refute the strange religion that kk was bringing to the nation. The declaration brought about awareness of God in the lives of many people and institutions. Apart from government most of the meetings would start with a prayer. To me this is very positive. The declaration brought about proliferation of christian churches in the country resulting many peoples lives being transformed. However mare declaration does not transform peoples lives but it is up to the stake holders- the church to take up the challenge. The declarion simply set the platform or the motion for the propagation of the Gospel,
