Am not a legal clever person neither do I understand much of the legal language but I can to say this judgement was traded. I know a piece in the constitution which prohibits dual party membership and I know that which empowers the speaker to declare a sit vacant.
the bigger question is did gbm bought the judgement big time?
are the legal people really learned or they just pass their biased opinions?
