Good day kindly advise what the law says about verbal abuse. I have a recording if a certain character insulting me over a voice note on whatapp. Kindly advise if there is a way if handling this legally as I feel very offended by the gentleman’s remarks and fowl language. I am a Zambian national and the said person is a Zimbabwean.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

But I want to understand one thing when the partition was oresented to the ConCourt; Why didn’t the Former President give power to the Speaker as per the command of the constitution?

Hello Counsel.
I have downloaded the Constitution of Zambia from three sources, but they do not seem to have articles 11 to 32.
Maybe there is some information that I do not have as to why these articles are not numbered in the constitution.
Kindly advise or give directions on how to get these missing articles in the pdf documents that I have downloaded so far.

The anmendment of constistution of our land is indeed great although some greedy people complain.we zambian should really that the Government in power to give us this over long waited laws.

Just a quick question. Has the New Constitution been fully implemented now? For example if you arrived at Lusaka International Airport with 2 passports as a dual national would the passport/immigration officers know how to handle the issue? Has anybody travelled on a dual nationality provision since the New Constitution was enacted?
